There's really no such thing as any one "best" team, the game is simply too diverse for that imo.

what I meant to say was , what are some good formations i can make that are "optimal" with the ninjas I have.

I feel like using the Jinchuriki you have would be best of course. However, I unfortunately don't have enough knowledge about characters like Han to come up with something for ye.

but as for nins, you should try to hopefully get mei to replace SN and hide her behind han, or roshi.

or alternatively, use neurotoxin and put naruto bottom and position 1 (i.e move han back). most 1010 teams have mabui at the bottom, so if naruto moves first (i.e you have higher initative) you can stop tenten from launch in round 1.
