Are you confused? the fragments aren't guaranteed in any way shape or form... If you get fragments, then you're very lucky

Im not confused, but in previous events you got some frags. I have done over 165 spins and got 0 Susano Itachi frags that is not normal and somehting seems clearly wrong.

When in the event last time you got atleast a few frags after 55 spins

i topped up 2 days this week 206 spins total and i got 22 itachi frags out of them, the more times u spin in 1 day the more likely you are to get frags, might want to try topping up larger amounts a day rather than smaller amounts across multiple days, 165 spins should be $320 and u can do most of that in 1 day with a single card before the system locks that card out.

There haven't been any changes to the Wheel.

Unfortunately, It's just bad luck in not obtaining Itachi fragments, please do realize that it's a chance, not guaranteed.
