To tell the truth in poison tai description is not written anywhere that the tai attack has to land to deliver the poison, just says that you need to 'use' tai attacks to spread it. ok, i know it doesn't make much sense but is actually so.

I'll make sure to report it in case it's intended or not. That way the staff knows it's applying the poison regardless of impact.
