1＃ Go ToWhat does the "Charm" ability do? Does it give bonus to damage to male characters in your team(excluding females)? OR does it make you do more damage to other teams males(excluding females)?

Does that mean you take more damage as well if you're male and have her? Like Han removes buffs on both sides.

Only Mei does more damage to males, not your team deals more damage to males or all males take more damage.
As for a team, the most common Fire Main Mei team I see is
Mei - S.Naruto - x
FM - Ao - x
x - x - x
Talents: 44321 with Gamaken or 44421 with Dog of hell
For myself, I use
S.Sakura - x - x
x - x - x
Hanzo - Mei - FM
Talents: 24321 with Monkey King

Thanks guys, I wonder if it's better than Darui-Guy-Iruka-LM, or Darui-Guy-Mifune-LM, to know if I should switch or not, because I like how Fire Main looks in Kimono more.

Gnw tenten in this event, for example, was affordable with 840 coupons with a 30% discount. I would suggest you to buy her since is not much expensive and very useful in many teams.

Chojuro works the best with mei, ao and water main. As above, if you want tenten, you can either buy her or draw her from edo, jinchu1 or jinchu2 treasure. I'd suggest the latter, since once you have her and pull her later, you get only 10 frags instead of 30.
