Though I've heard that some leaders like to hog GNW packs; if that's the case then I can see genuine reason to dislike or even hate him if it goes on for a while.

In this naruto online game, specifically in this thread, I have learned that people are naturally corrupt. Haha. Well, while there are corrupt leaders, I think that they deserve to get the pack since they're the ones who are leading the group. And prior to becoming a leader, they've also done a lot to their groups. But it's their fault if they corrupt because eventually, their members will lose out on them.

My leader actually doesn't do much honestly. At least he's thoughtful enough to only give himself a pack when he actually steps up and does stuff.

I don't believe that leaders should get packs by default. Yes, they get to lead the group and that's probably a lot of pressure and organization and stuff like that. That probably should give them a slight advantage in the pack lottery, but it's not an excuse to give them a pack everytime.

My group is probably the most confused one at all but i like my current group leader. He is fair enough. Me and a senior help him to give out packs because we are using a cycle system. The only thing i hate is group members because they keep disappearing xD
