That is an honest mistake though and if they can see his recharge and the time and DON'T compensate him its basically like not giving him something he paid for.

Tbh, it would be more fair for them to be consistently unhelpful than suddenly catering to some players because they spent money.

There have been times where they made a mistake that caused losses to some players and then decide to do nothing about it.

There are not obligated to compensate him, but I am sure they would for goodwill sake to retain this spender.

Why would you recharge so soon before the server reset, you had an entire week to do spins? I hope you'll get compensated but I really doubt Oasis cares enough.
