it must be her first character. You should also receive ingame email that she "accepted" your invitation. If you didn't receive this email, that means you guys don't meet requirements and that's why you can't claim rewards.

it was her first character, but i didnt receive the mail, how does it work? she accepted the invite from her notifications and it brought her straight to the game, is there something we did wrong or is it just a bug and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt?

is there a way to credit me the claim? i dont have any more friends, so if its only with the first character ive already used up my only chance, if not ill have to give up on getting it
