Is there only 8 plot missions in this update? Cause it says i can do another one but its not showing up in the plot instance choices.

It isnt a bug it was same way when we went from 80-85 when we only got half of the quests.

yes but there wasnt an option to pick the next quest as well

itd either be blank or say to reach a certain level first
