Level 1-2 doesn't require 70 isn't it? I recall it's somewhere like 40? or 30?

Anyway it's RNG, for some, yeah, you'll take all full tries to get it upgraded, but there are some where you'll barely spend half. Terribly sorry if the RNG rates are against you today!
