However, we both are unable to claim the first rewards. Is there like any requirements like they have to be online for more than a period of time or just logging in their character with the share link is enough? I don't mean their offline time cos it has been months since they came back and they are over lv50 so I'm pretty sure the requirements are meant. Hope I can get a reply soon! Reply

they have to have not logged on at all for the past 7 days, since you said your friend came back a month ago, i assume you dont meet this requirement
however since you say this isnt the case, did they log in for the first time using your link? or did they log in then use the link
