battle armour ranks are more important and give more power then the limited combat benifits gained from the cosmetics

1. If I were you, I wouldn't buy directly any of the items you mentioned for ingots. If you spread it in time, you gain a minimal return of x2 from "try your luck" wheel, x3 return from buying ss convoys during convoy event or x6 if you buy monthly cards during that time.
2. If you really want to buy something, I'd suggest kimono. It's obtainable only during events, and right now 50/frag is the cheapest I've ever seen so far. You will get medium threads eventually (monthly points, space time, SA, sometimes redeemable during events like mission dealer, where you can redeem ~50 for free). You will get through medium thread level in 5-6 months total if you regularly get them from places above (without spending a penny).
3. If you really need to buy threads for ingots, do it during panic buy event, where you have 30-40% discounts and use them ONLY during battle armor upgrade event, where you get free threads for upgrading level. And buy only advanced threads, since except from space time shop you can get them from a reliable source (this is a really long term investment tho).

That being said, Kimono gives about 500 power. For 2500 coupons you can buy 100 medium threads from shop, which propably wont give u lvl (since u need 250/500/1000 medium threads to rank up from 3/4/5 to 4/5/6). This post was last edited by Zathroth at 2017-7-9 04:34
