Not a bug, rank 2 skill breakthrough for his main attack requires 5*.

edit: but at the same time that text saying it requires 5* is still untranslated and in German (which can be seen in the screenshot in OP). Might want to fix that, Oasis.

Well 1 - I do not understand German and who the hell has a Hashirama 5* ..

If, the Books or the Skills or even the breakthrough section mentioned that the Star Requirements were different per skill, that would have been useful information. We were just handed something, partially broke, in that players cannot understand something pretty crucial and costly.

I still stand on getting an admin to swap me out with a Ninja God +1 book or just take the book back and give back 8k ingots.

Hm, It's not like the info was out there for you to realize needed more stars. Or you're just one on the VERY few who doesnt see anything at all from other versions.
