just to clear some things, he is not gonna get any buff in future.....you just need to stack him hard otherwise he will die round 1 vs blitz teams
he is not ninja for low power people, thats sad true, Han is better option for f2p players but thats my opinion.

Yes, the ninja itself is not going to get a buff, but the damage formula for every ninja is going to get changed in a way that gives more value to resistance and defense in comparison with our one, so stacking defense ninja like him will get an indirect buff. -
