[ Lineup ] 9 tails max damage!

Hey guys, im looking to maximise my damage to the 9 tails world boss.

I have the "dream team" iruka, wb asuma and hashirama, at least thats what ive read here on forums.
Ive tried fire, wind and lightning and i still get outdamaged by a fire team using anko, iruka wb with less power than me.

Ive used both tonton and the chameleon.
Im aware that boss is weak to elemental damage

Is there a main that is the clear winner when it comes to 9 tails damage? What am i doing wrong? Is there some trick im not aware of?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

as nice as Hashi is to use he boosts ninjutsu and you are using a taijutsu team, you would be better off changing out Hashi for Guy and stay with tonton has much better single target damage.

your answer is in the question - elemental dmg. Anko + FM both do elemental dmg + Iruka boosting and giving shield + Asume WB and boost the fire ninjas with the fm skill, 10combo chase from main aswell as from iruka. The boss is also weak to specific type of ninjas like yamato that deals more damage on the 9tail because of the passive. + the unparalleled talent gives ur main extra dmg boost vs summons/clones etc.

Server is not too old. We just hit lvl 70. We dont have all the talents yet. Also like i said ive tried both fire and wind, which have chases that can be used vs 9 tails.

Did i get inacurate info then when i read asuma wb, iruka and hashi was best team?
If so whats the best team in theory? And which main?

Isn't about "best team" is about what team is synergistic with what you have, there is no definitive team that is better than anything else nor a certain main that outperforms all others. Also when going through strategies on the forum you should look at when they were posted as the game has moved forward a lot in the time since it started.

Do you leave after 2 rounds? in that comp the Fire main is the main damage dealer, with his passive, once all the buffs go away .. its more efficient to retreat early and revive, but You might be doing that already.. if so then Let us know a bit more details, is hashi slot one, do you use the right skills? How much BP does the other guys have compared to yours?

I use hashi first of course, then unload all i have as it becomes available

As u can see im wind now, but ive tried fire and light as well with similar setup

Fire is the best, Then i would say Water would be next using Haku in my experience. Heres my water version so you at least know I know waht im talking about,

I would switch to fire, For fire usisng Iruka, its not about going till the end with nine tails. I used to just go until the end, but effectively you'll get more DPS by ending it early, anything after that you lose DPs from Irukas buff falling off and the Hashi barrier needing to be recasted. but right now you're at an iffy stage since you really that last Passive that does more dmg to Summons at level 80. So right now you might just have to get more power to get into par with him, but you'll see a huge difference once you get that last passive. This post was last edited by Kedium at 2017-6-7 08:41

In your team is there a ninja you would recommend to replace Tobirama?

Windblade or guy - Tobirama is ther jsut to boost the Tai for Haku, really, his mystery is nice so hes teh best option for me, but Winblades and guy both increase his Dps. This post was last edited by Kedium at 2017-6-7 08:47

since you are wind this is the team I actually use for wind (just imagine the water is wind), I do have kazekage gaara however I prefer normal gaara as the barrier can be recast so you don't have to bail out early ofcourse you c*e kazekage if you want though.
For wind talents I also personally go 1 1 3 3 2 yes there is only 1 female ninja to buff the main however the clones simply take too long to attack for such a small amount of damage it makes them not even close to worth it.

Not sure if you're doing this since I didn't see it on your post, but are you doing your mystery rotations the right way to maximize your damage?

What about getting out before Nine Tails attack the 4th turn. These small stuff break it and may add alot more damage.

i was staying through the whole thing. i tried getting out at the end of the 3rd round and i did more damage. Now just need to find the best team for earth main since i will be switching to that soon.

I think post 2.0 wind main can do the most damage overall in nine tails. Wind main can still use their mystery in rounds 1 and 3 while still being buffed by Iruka and Hashirama and then reset before round 3 ends.

Kedium brings up a point i never thought of as fire, resetting after round 2. That might actually beat out an equal powered 3 round wind team but the ingot consumption would be really high.
