Could you please explain more clearly? As far as I understand, you mean that you had to use 70/70 and 100/100 with each refining for some time now? If that's so, it's unfortunately only bad luck's fault, however if I'm mistaken, and you meant something different, please let me know :)

Yeah maybe probably is bad luck on 12 refines i got 70/70 and 100/100 i even had the last one at 95 out of 100 and bought 4 and said if i dont get 1 wish credit plus ill write this post so i did cuz i got 99/100 .. i was really dissapointed... My account probably has the worst luck ever dont have Mei and im over 600 scrolls in Kage... its just sad. thank you for replaying though
