i tried that, with Midnight blade, iruka, asuma and some one else, and every time asuma would die round one, and then i would die on round two.

I'd go with a control/attack team.
I beat 122 with Ao, mei, Water main, kisame

A lot of people beat it with: Mabui, tenten, mei, water main
Asuma, Iruka, Danzo, Lightning Main
Gakido, Gaara, Sage naruto, Windmain
Sage naruto, Hashirma, iruka, Firemain

You didn't say which main, but it's easy to pass with Lightning light armor builds if you are over 50k power and have correct moods/tactics/gear setup. Iruka/Wb Asuma + Mifune or Guy or 8 Gate Lee. Personally did it first try with Mifune version.

i dont have mifune, danzo darui or hashirama, but i will try around with midnight blade tomorrow, i swapped to fire main to try it, and yes gaara does cast his mystery right away wich is part of the issue, i thought to accupuncture him but mei and wind main remove it.

i moved asuma down one like in the mifune team, and i was able to beat it. that one was anoying.
