There you go, here the hidan team than i would recommend...but based on the information you provided, it's hard to form a team with barrier ninja that gives fire and light buff except danzo

Either use mei (will boost hidan in barrier) with flood dragon or kage gaara (will give shield) with serpent as danzo replacement, it may work.
