are you sure you were overcharged the ingot values are shown in USD prices

Yes according to the amount charged on my card it was an overcharge. I have a transaction reference number one of the mods/admin could check against. I just want to be directed the right way who I will talk to etc. don't want to post full details here as I feel it should be private through PM or email. Thank you for your help in advanced.

if is this topic open for this i , will just post here aswell , i recharge around 10 times 5k ingots , but every time i hawe been charged 2£ tranzaction feed , since when we pay for transzaction feed's as isn't show's anywhere that , i would like to say that i recharge alot of times and this didn't happend before

The practice of charging a transaction fee when you charge with a different currency than what is the primary currency of the company is quite normal. The fact that a fee of some sort might be needed for the extra hassle aside, they need to cover for the case that the currency exchange ratio changes from when they set the price, as it would be crazy to keep adjusting it.
For example, I'm in US and spend USD, when I charge in a certain site in China, I have to pay 15% extra.

That said, while the practice is normal and usually expected for most non-global companies, it should be explicitly stated that there is such a charge upfront before the purchase/payment is made (as is the case in the aforementioned site). Granted, it might be hidden in some of fine print.

exactly this i mean aswell this should be explain that if you use for example Euro , Pounds will be a Fee for that , wich they didn't explain i just see today , i want to say again for first time is this happening for 10 recharges in 1 day of 5k ingots i got charge 2£ for each tranzaction wich came a total of 20£ i put 2more and get 2500 ingots more , so i really hope that somebody can sort this out .
