While I was under the impression that being a VIP Level 5 meant something. I pointed out to Customer Service that they have mislead me into buying a Gift Card for Burger King, to redeem for ingots.

I need $25 worth of ingots, in exchange for the BK Gift Card that I purchased, which I cannot refund or exchange by any means.



See this. This shows me that I c*e Burger King gift card for redeeming for ingots. I purchased a $25 Gift Card, and I want my ingots. I need Customer Service, to do the right thing and take ownership of this issue. Redeem my Gift Card as you show you accept and if you have issues with BK cards, you STILL need to do right thing and provide ingots for the absolute problem created by You inability to Fix the Recharge Page.
