Since this morning i cant login with mini-client anymore, have been blocked at the login page with a black screen (ss attached).
I tried to reinstall the mini-client several times, cleared my cache too, still not working.
May i have some suggestions to fix this situation?
P.S not my network issue, it works fine with browser but I need client for the multi account management.

No, first time this occuring to me.
I had black screen problem once logged into the game very long before but it was solved with the newest version of Mini-Client.
this time I cant even see the login screen.

I don't know what you mean... when I click the client icon it starts loading but the inside of the box is either black or white and.... that's it...

That'll be the launcher.
The black-white screen is common. Just close it and re-open.
Make sure your connection is stable.
