Here's a couple, can't say they're the best for sure since that kind of stuff is usually hard to determine.

Of course Kabuto works well too, especially with Kimimaro/Kidomaru.

Jugo's interesting because you have a couple different ways to play him.

You could make him a tank, but risk never pulling off his mystery. Or you can put him in the middle/back lines and let him consistently unleash his mystery.

I'm still not sure of the best way to use him though. I guess you can adapt him to fit whatever team you're making.

if you pair jugo + hebihime you make a team with each sound ninja around 6-7k shield and jugo can get up to 9k turn 1

That's a good idea, though I personally wouldn't recommend using Hebihime.

That Poison Body ability isn't that useful because she's not exactly a frontline character. So you're basically fighting with 4 abilities most of the time.

So far I am using kabuto Kimimaro and Kidomaro both tanks and the healing works great for PVP as it can out last almost anything I have come accoss.

My only worry there is damage. Kabuto and Kidomaru have fairly low attack, and while Kimimaro has decent damage, I don't think using him as the sole damage dealer is a good idea.

This can easily be fixed if you set up your main as an attacker as well. I dunno your main and talents so I can't comment on that right now.

i use kabuto, kimimaro, jugo and sai gnw for survival and matsuri

It is sad the only good sound ninja combos are around kimimaro and Saskue.

BTW I am a water main.

Hm...

Water main can play healer, debuffer, or tank I think depending on talents.

If you wanna go stall team that should be perfectly fine. If you want more damage I'd recommend either swapping mains to a more damage oriented one or make a team with more damage dealers. Ukon Sakon might work as they do well with Poison Taijutsu teams.

I don't know for sure though as I haven't tested anything yet.

Sakon would be very good for a posion team. to have max level posion damage after 1 attack.
