What they really need to do is stop making so many new servers. If they focused on gathering up a player base and creating better events instead, the game would be much better. Creating servers every half week is a money strategy but it just affects the player base negatively...

they are opening many servers because people pay in a new server to be first and by paying relatively few money you can rule the server if you are level 1-50.
If you stay in an old server to rule as much as you can do in a new server you need to pay 100 times that much, so people, except for whales (that would do it regardless) prefer to not pay at all since they feel their money spent is useless (except for jonin medal and monthly fee).
That's the reason why they are opening a lot of servers, because they bring them a lot of money from non whales while the money whales spend is still the same.

That is very well known, hence my comment about it being a money strategy. They could instead focus on better events that benefit all ranges of players while still pushing out new servers less often.
