I have invited one of my friend to play this game and he is already level 50 and why do I have not received my rewards ingame?

ive had the same issue for ages invited a few people to play the game via facebook function and havent received any rewards either

Create a ticket and give the following information.
Explain the Facebook Community issue, include screenshots, information and your friends' list displaying the friend you've invited.

Also include your friends' information as well.
