While I agree 10% is on the low side, your demand is ridiculous.

For starters, his revive is prompt
Second, it have short cd than existing revive (chiyo and jigo are both cd 4) and can be reduced through his chase(granted, it's bit difficult to reach 30 combo)

So it stands to reason that his revive will come back weaker than other revives, and 70% would make it stronger than other revives.


Back to the topic itself.
It IS a description error, that much is true. But accident or not, it is also a case of false adverti*t. Personally, I'm not affected as I didn't pull for him etc. But Maybe compensation for affected party should be considered. Players should not be expected to know what a ninja really does from another version of the game, and mods have said often enough we should not look at other version for reference. And even if it is technically correct due to the "select" bit, know that technically correct but misleading ads ARE classified as false adverti*t. And on that note, is it technically correct? What happens if the skill is used with no target selected? If it revives one and only one, what is the rationality of that?

There will not be any compensation for this.

If the skill is used without a target selected, it'll revive the first fainted ninja.
