Hey guys, any ideas on what would be the ideal mood for Tobirama? I can see that his standard is Taijutsu and his mystery and chase is Ninjutssu, so I'm not sure which of the two I should be buffing. Also, which attribute should get the -5%? Thanks in advance!

You should buff his Taijutsu because he gives a tai boost and his standard is pretty strong. Also you -5% resistance or defense
