Unfortunately, there are no plans to release a new Team Instance as of right now.
I understand that there's plenty of players upset about the changes. However, there's still a possible chance to obtain gold statical items and use the reforge option to combine to form the best Instance item possible.

That's what Tobei said to someone who suggested adding a new team instance with better tools. I believe this whole lame excuse about a "bug" is just the company's strategy to milk the players more.

i'm keeping an open mind and giving them a chance to answer my questions before i say anithing else, i do have an opinion, but will refain from saying it before giving them a chance.

but Tobei has a point in not releasing a new TI, there is only suppose to be a new one way later in the game where you fight the kages, if i'm not mistaken, but even CN only had it late 2016, early 2017, so its going to take a while.

yes but this means people that had the chance to get them have right now an HUGE advantage in space time against people that couldn't do it (and no, money alone couldn't cover for it because on par money spent those people still have a big adavantage). The opening of the 40k TI would solve easy the problem because would place everyone in the same situation, since also those people would be COMPELLED to use the very nice and fully reforged items as strengthening materials for the newer RED tools if they don't want to start with level 1 red tools.
But they don't care a bit about their mistakes, overall if to overcome the problems that were born out of it you are compelled to pay a lot more to have the same fair starting place.About the fact the 40k power TI should be opened a lot later, that could be true if they didn't open UT, but with UT reaching 43k power now is a lot easier than before, so reaching Brothers Farewell Hard mode is no more as hard as it used to be. The need of a new tier of instance is now more urgent than it used to be before UT.

I respect your opinion. However, threads in CS will remain closed once answered.
As for your questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

1. Yes.

2. We are players as well, which is the exact reason why we had no idea this was a bug. When was released. We were only alerted to this situation once the fix was implied. We informed the developers of the changes and from there, we found out the truth. It's unfortunate however, the previous TI completely negates reforging considering the statical items were huge.

3. There's *ternative, You may reforge Tool Essence to gain higher base gold statical.

4. It was a bug previously, and the patch essentially fixed it. We'll have to adapt.
Now we actually have reason to use the reforge system to it's fullest.

5. Higher ups are well aware and it won't be changed this is the way it was supposed to be.
