Bee supports the heavily meta ninjas, being Jinchuriki.

His value alone skyrockets because of that.

I believe Susanoo Sasuke should be S+ under Ay and above Bee, just because he's good in a certain team doesn't mean he's that valuable as a unit compared to others.

(People are thinking now if they have Killer Bee they have the edge or something and can put him in any team, him still being S+)

I'd also put Sage Naruto under Jonin Minato but above Kage robe Minato.

Actually Omoi is quite a good dodger and can debuff swords and its a seek and destroy ninja with his standard and clones standard.

I dont understand why Shizune is A+ tier, she doesn't feel stronger than Kabuto, Tsunade (Sannin) or Karin (all A tier).

Since When Ay is better than ss Sasuke ? Ay should be an S- cose he is good only with good ninjas who support him im mean good not best .

Sage Naruto and Susanoo Sasuke suffer from the same specific issue.

They have to run in teams that support their strengths. Without that, they're filler slots in teams.

There are better and more versatile ninjas that outrank them, Being Jonin and Hokage Minato.

Also remember, within the tier itself, there's no order. Someone in S tier isn't better or worse than someone in that same tier.

Simply her amplified healing ability and stack poison chase.
She also just does her job better than Kirin.

Kabuto is great for ranked, where he'll shine brighter than Shizune, however, in PVP he's absolute filler. The only time he's worthwhile is arguably space-time where AI targetable completely makes him safe.

There's also gonna be a massive overhaul on the lower tiers. As it's quite outdated

GOD tier ninja for Lightning actually exist, and is Midnight Blade itself (but in that case also Azure Fang should be GOD ninja in water xd).

Mei is strong, but shes linear on her attack and simply falls off as the game progresses towards versatile ninjas.

She's still great, but far from broken.

I'm utterly flumoxed as to why you have jonin and hokage minato classed similarly, Jonin minato is worlds beyond hokage, and whilst hokage offers a lot more utility, his hp scaling is so piss poor, and his ridiculously baitable dodge is so easy to abuse that him dying turn 1 isn't at all unrealistic. I've owned him for months on my main, and ran him in a gajillion different lineups trying very hard to make him work, but every single watermeta or lightning blitz team even with lower power tears through minato. I mean if someone can provide me some incredible lineup that works please do, but in the mean time I'll lament the money i dropped on buying him before they started giving him away for free this week (which always feels like a telltale sign that even oasis thinks he's mid tier now)

Allow me to debunk all your claims.

Jonin and Hokage Minato have the exact-same growths.

Both ninjas have the exact same dodge as well. Both can be "baited" as well.

With all that being said, it doesn't remove his strengths I hope you realize he's been buffed since last month. His mystery now interrupts and if he attacks a tagged opponent, it'll become an AoE interrupt. Additionally, his combo rate increases each time he uses his standard. Minato isn't just for utility he's a versatile ninja on his own right. While Jonin at the moment is more offensive structured, Hokage works for what he offers.
