to be honest i don't see why 2nd hokage is better than Chojuro or Tenten GNW for water team (except that you have to pay billions to get him). Ok its mystery could even be op with water but whatever you do you can't use both his mystery and mei mystery on round 2 and on round 1 you are TOTALLY out of options with the basic team suggested.
BTW I've met in spacetime the suggested team with tsunade 5th hokage and i totally owned it with mei mabui tenten gnw by having 4k less power than the enemy (naruto 6 tails is pretty useless without ninjutsu boosts BD/Gaara/Bee gives, he can heal as much as he wants but he will regardless die without landing on the enemy enough damage against the meta team). Nope guys, for water these suggestions don't work at all.

  • It's not based on Water Teams, it's individual skillset.

    Chojuro requires Water Ninjas/Mei/Swordman to be truly effective and GNW Tenten needs Mei/Mabui


    Tobirama can benefit in a lot of teams just due to his mystery and Taijutsu buff.
    Remember, it's individual measurement, not "Which Ninjas work best with" etc.

for usefulness, i don't see it much better than GNW tenten to be honest. 15% more critical is comparable with 30% more taijutsu. tenten chases are a lot better than tobirama's one and also the mysteries are comparable (yes tobirama mystery is stronger but tenten mystery can be used on round 1 that makes it way better). GOD tier ninja for Lightning actually exist, and is Midnight Blade itself (but in that case also Azure Fang should be GOD ninja in water xd).

    Majority of PVP teams involved those two and Onoki provides, arguably the best offensive support via barrier (R1) and additional standard (chance)

    It's not based on characters matching against one other, but what they bring towards a team, especially optimal ones.

wasn't the tier thing about 'global usefulness'? if the reason why onoki is so high is just by 1 single lineup (overall one whale only lineup) doesn't seem a reason good enough to put him higher than other ninjas like mifune (as mihai pointed out).

  • Han was never a S+ ninja, he was only rated as such due to the meta being shifted from Blitz.

    However, the moment newer teams opened up, the less useful Han became. He's extremely situational and will remain as such.


    It was only a matter of time before he dropped and with more and more teams and characters being released, it was only right

    Sx-Tails Naruto is Kyuubi Naruto but 4*'s.

    2* Kyuubi Naruto is 1 Tailed, 3* 4 Tails and 4* 6 Tails

immobile chase, removes debuffs and owns high combo chase that delivers poison.

    Limited usability.

    Extremely fun character however a pure support,

    The strongest team he has is Kushimaru+Jinpachi and even then, it's limited.


    Of course, he can enable characters like Ringo and Jinin. However, outside of that. There's nothing there and you can better slot other characters (Edo Sasori)

I don't actually understand why roshi now is no more god.

If is for kushina appearence, then also 6 tails naruto and kurama naruto should be brought to a lower rank.
