I'm stuck without weekly missions and daily missions and am falling behind in my server due to needing to get to level 54 without plot missions, any advice for how to progress faster as not to lose my top 50 ranking?

Just attend all events, use all your stamina and complete all daily tasks and weekly tasks. It's really not hard to level up in the 50s.
