No, it's not a "fixed" rate. The pulls and rolls are rigged.

I suggest people go watch Aristeaus videos on Youtube, about Oasis Games before they keep spending money onto this game.

They don't give a *** about the community, they just perceive people as money cows.
The game is well made in its core, but because ****** people are allowed to manage it, the servers keep losing players, and the game is slowly dying.

no by everyone i mean.. all the youtubers that do the pulls. and from my own experience.. it maybe be 10 more or 10 less but generally like shado said 40 to 80 scrolls

It's simple. You pulled Ao as common in Kage treasure and you pulled again Ao as rare in Sage, so you only brought him at 20/100 towards 4 star. Otherwise you didn't use 60 scrolls in sage treasure only but a lower number than that and your rare is in the next 10 draw you do.If you use, lets say, 20 in tendo, 30 in sage and 10 in kage, you don't get a rare in sage. You need to use 60 in sage only to get a rare there.

wow thats cool... i got itachi susanoo with 150 seal scrolls!!!! and somehow i got 5 frags of sage hashirama.. some kind of bug maybe!!! :D :P

i pulled tendo and Hashirama on my first 10 pulls.:lol

dude i dont even have kage treasure. i have been saving up for sage and did 6 ten pulls

anyways can we plzz drop this and close this thread as I think the developers should have rares on a fixed rate and rng! but they wont answer me so either way im sol
