ikr . my server (s242) literally has 24 actives. 24. no sage world . only one group and no merge? really? lol

same situation in s298 , we didn't have sage for the last 2-3 weeks

I see what Oasis is trying to do.

I think they're trying to salvage the semi-dead servers that barely gets a Sage World going. I don't think they're going to prioritise those pretty much dead. Merging 4 pretty much dead servers just gets you a new semi-dead server. Whereas merging a 4 semi-dead servers gets you something somewhat alive.
Which sort of makes sense to me. Imagine 4 servers of average 10 per battlefield in Sage world gets merged. The new Sage world should technically get approximately 40 per battlefield. Wheras imagine 4 servers of no Sage world gets merged, the new Sage world might only have 10-15 per battlefield, cause the individual servers were dead to begin with, and having this merge brings them to Square 1... a semi-dead server.

Although I see where they are coming from, at the same time, from my point of view, do the merge like what they are doing, BUT merge possibly 2-3 more dead servers into these mix. That way they can save whatever is left of the dead server instead of making them wait another 2 weeks which might still not merge them, or just result in players quitting.

S139 never made a request to merge in the Merge Thread dated 20th March.

Im from S139, and as Jeremy mentionned above none of us had asked for merge in the previous merge request thread.

And I can tell you clearly we answered no for merge when dat assumed Oasis' employee(called "OasisAmbassador") came to our server for a survey for an eventual merge. We have 3 groups on the server, and we can start every sages since the begining of the server, so comparing with other servers which need acutal merge, we're satisfied enough with it. I talked with 2 other groups' leader after dat survey, they both answered no for merge as well.

So may i know why are we still on the merge list? I just dont get the point, if you're doing a survey for merge, take in account our opinions at least. If you don't care about it, why did u waste our time for a false survey? This post was last edited by all***@gmail.com at 2017-4-10 17:04

been askin one at 262 for a while and we get skipped for older ones at 269 etc?.... wtf ;o

258,265 also asked for one :o we cud even be added to that 269 list if a 280 gets added... meah pretty sure no more spendin from any1 on 262 we already given up xD was good while it lasted o.o no point increasing power with no events or players..

If S139 have heavy spenders (atleast 1) then there is your answer :)

I guess they take first 3-4 servers in order . Like 139 , 142 , 146 , 151 from each region... So i can say yo got lucky :) This post was last edited by cretude at 2017-4-10 22:47
