[ Events ] Question about new server event (group ranking)

We are trying hard to get our group to next level before the deadline(2016-08-03...16.00), however as soon as the server got to the 13th of August, the new server event disappeared from our screen. Will we still be receiving the rewards if we hit the next group level before the deadline ? Thanks! Reply

But in the description of the server event, it said it would end on 16.00 on the 18th of August and not at 00.00 hours. Are you sure about this ?

There multiple events going on right now. Are you refering the Lucky Star event to gain Playboy sasuke which did not end yet or server event for groups(which depends if your server is new or not) .
Like any other events. If the event has ended. Then you cannot claim nor earn the reward sadly.

Are you sure the deadline said 18th, and not mistakenly the 13th?

If the deadline is at the 18th then it shouldve not ended.

If the server event has ended but the deadline has not been met. Would report it.

But as in general like I said, if event has ended then no rewards can be claimed.

checked in your server. Seems like the event has ended. And checked in what time of date server was establisbed which was
8:30 AM New York Time 07/30/16. It had passed 2 weeks.

And event has been ended
