So , i've been playing the game for almost 2 months (f2p) . Sadly , like many players, i feel i really messed up with my x10 draws on treasures
My x 10 draws so far : 1 seal , 2 tendo , 2 sage naruto , 3 kage . Ofc the result is sad , as the only non-elite-instances characters i've acquired are the not so useful Cee , Fu Yamanaka and Torume Aburame . Searching for a guide about treasure i learned that to get a rare ninja you have to spend approx 60 seal scrolls in a specific treasure (and 400-800 for the super rares , but that's irrelevant for a f2p i guess)

What no one mentions in those guides is this: Let's say that in my current condition i aim to draw a rare from kage treasure (nothing specific , just a rare) . How many more x10 draws i am supposed to do? 3(or 4-5 if unlucky) or 6?( or 7-8 if unlucky)

In other words in order to get a rare out of a treasure
A)you need to draw x 60 during a short time period (dunno , 5 mins ,1hr , 1 day) OR
B)spend 60 scrolls during any given time?

Because if the right strategy for the f2p players is gather 70 -80 scrolls to be safe (meaning 2-3 months of patience) and THEN try your luck , i'll need to revise my strategy (yeah i know , but a bad strategy to a less bad strategy is still an improvement)
