I already passed that exam 3 months ago but until now I didnt yet recieved the said scroll even once. Someone told me that once a week there's a possiblity that I can get that scroll. So is that true or not ? Can you pls answer my question. Thanks Reply

There's a chance of getting it from sweeping, but the chances are pretty low. The best way to get them is by clearing NE 120, where you are guaranteed one. I've only ever gotten it twice or so from NE 100+ I believe. (Then again, my luck is pretty *... or so I'd to believe)
