Pretty much this. Its time to work on super rares, either in Tendo treasure or In Kage treasure. The smartest use of your scrolls is to go for Kage treasure rares/super rares. Getting Hashirama/Tendo pain is also a good move, but getting to those two will yield almost nothing good along the way, as most people have multiple pains, Asuma WB, etc... already. Getting super rares is an important part of the game, we have an excellent oportunity presently to do so.

I'm saving up, and if it's still absent by the time I hit 120, gonna go for Sage Naruto, otherwise going for a Jinchuriki super rare

I got my SS Sausage and Hashirama so I'm set until Roshi comes out. Still gonna save up every scroll I can, got my eye on the long term for when Madara comes out in a year or so.
