Im getting Asuma WB soon, and Im wondering about his passive. Anyone knows, or calculated what means 'significantly'? His passive increases attack and ninjutsu, but how much is that? It is 30%. You can test it by replacing him with another buffer that gives 30%. Your ninjas will do the same damage.
