Do your dailies, bounty missions, and ninja exams. Anything that has uses of a day, do them.

Exactly what Jakeyyboy said. Also You can buy stamina (up to 5 times if you are Jonin I believe) aswell as using stamina potions.

I got up to lvl 29 on day 1 on EST server.

Ayy it's Spit. You're rank 1 right now, right? Did you ever have to repeat the instances to upgrade your gear to the blue ones or did you just make sure all your Magatamas were 4+?

Just do daily missions and try to progress in the ninja exam( sweep daily) and elite instance (progress stars) I've been playing for a week and I'm level 51 by just doing everything I can
