Hi! I am US West Server 429. Player in-game name is Kozinga. I just recharged $400 today. My last 2 recharges of $99.99 each were charged to my card but I did not receive any ingots. I used Amazon payment service and I just got 2 emails from them saying my account has been charged succesfully.

Can someone please help me with this issue. Thanks.
