His standard attack seems good, and i'm not a lightning main so mass team paralyze will be nice. I am water main, and i will be having a build later on that will be all female ninja's so bonuses to them.

I believe low float to high float is an extremely beneficial chase as well.. But i did not play the CN? server

He's a dominating force in Ranked battles because he buffs 9 of the female ninjas on your side.

If you're Wind or Water you're also female.

He is only good if you sinergyze with famale ninjas.

But its not worth to spend that amount of cash on him, iruka is far better

yeah i get alot of immobilize.. but it shines in open world pvp if you have lots of initiative.. In pvp. aka the arena.. Interrupt 24-7.

That might be a bad idea. Playboy Sasuke is far off better with a female main such as Breeze or Azure.

Any team ideas for him and Lightning main?

Hinata karin + summon to chain combos. Honestly, dont use him on other main than water or wind, not worth it.
