It's based on power, not level, let's see the power on each side!

You could be a lv 50 with 60k power and seeing all lv 90s (if the server have them) or you could be a lv 90 with only 35k power and sees no one above 80.

TBH I didn't have this issue before patch or even after cuz this is my first time seeing a lvl 70. My char currently has 14k power but I refreshed survival before leveling up. When I was lvl 44 I didn't encounter such high lvl opponents.

Looking a pure numbers in level alone, yes, he is Level 70 and you are Level 45.

Looking at the HP itself, you're almost 3k more HP than him, and based on the total HP at your current level, you have almost 20% more than him. Converting that to Power, I'm assuming you're either same power as his current lineup or maybe even higher.

Maybe so, but he got summons, awakenings, rune stones, tactics, 8 inner gates and dealt more damage, clearly he has an advantage because of lvl difference.

all of which, aside from summons, translate directly into power.
Which means if he have less power ANYWAY, he must be doing something wrong and is therefore weaker regardless and are therefore irrelevant.

Summon thou is a real advantage since it helps with chase, and there is also talent unlocks, those give him more options. Other than that, he have no advantage over you.

If you have Kabuto, I think you should swap him in for Tsunade, and if you have GNW Neji, you could use him instead, if not Hinata to get Acupunctures as mystery or in chase.

So your squad can probably survive all the way till the last checkpoint with full health or at least none dead.

lol yeah, well I just wanted to know if the newbies get to fight this high lvls like it happened to me, as long as that's not the case then it's alright with me. In my case I c*e my brain to fight through these high lvl CPU. Cheers :)

Which checkpoint was that anyway? Cause I know when I first started off, I couldn't clear all 12, I was always stuck around 9-11.

But now, all 12 checkpoints and Breakthrough are lower power than me. ;P

That is perfectly normal, since your opponent obviously has less power than you despite the level advantage. As others have said, survival is based on power, and not character level.

Survival's been a bit weird nowadays, today the person who was lv 10 yesterday, a lv 65, was lv 12 Today, and I'm 83.

...Just...why?

That screenshot was of trial 12, I always finish survival with no issues, it's just that today's oponnent caught me off guard cuz he was 25 lvls above me. Other than losing my Kakashi all went ok.

I have always finished my 12 survival trials since day 1, only on rare occasions I lose 1 ninja but that's about it.:)
