Check the news forums everyday, and eventually they will announce a new west coast server. Be warned it may be dead within the first week or two as activity will not be high at all. Take it at your own risk.

if you want to play the game longer than 1 month, dont start on a new server you will be alone there, start on one of the earliest servers of your region even if you are behind for 2-3 month its still better than not beeing able to do any events and needing a merge because there are less than 10 players active after 1 month
