I think the average chance to pull 3* rare ninja (at least in kage treasure) is between 40-60 draws. Which means you have to draw ten 4x-6x. Not sure about the other treasures.

no you'll get a duplicate of the common ninjas you already have. you can only draw rare ninjas every 50-60 scrolls other than that youll get common ninjas.

Yes u can.
U can have rare only 10 scrolls but if u did it with 4-8*10 pulls before, even u have a chance getting rare ninja for free pulls.

well when i 1st draw my rare got bee at 70 draws,
1st gold summon at 70 draws not give any..., got gold at free pulls after that
im not averge like other lol ;P;P;P;P
well better save up to 60-70 b4 shoot up for rare lol

nah if u pull 10 seal 6 times(60 pull i guess lol) i'll have a rare character ;P

lucky if u got rare in 10 seal, coz too many experience that :)

I'll keep these comments in mind.

When they say you get a 3 star ninja, it doesnt take one draw to get an actual rare or good 3 star ninja. You usually get fragments for ninjas like guy, zabuza etc from one draw. So save up the scrolls if you think you want a really good ninja.
