What level should you be to beat the Elite boss? Because having a good team won't help if you can't put enough damage behind it, especially when they're immune to Debuffs. With my current tactic, I c*most kill Kisame in the first round with a normal combo, but is no where near enough to take him out. And that's just him. It would be easier if they group them all together so my AOE attacks from Naruto and Sasuke can do their damage over time. And Hinata would be able to defend a bit better.
