play the game everyday and do every events, you should be able to get at least 3-4 scrolls per weeks and 10-14 if you are in a mid-low server pop with a group that win gnw

Every week Kakashi Handbook: 1
Monthly Event: 2 x each week (4)=8
Monthly Sign-in: 2
Every Month: 5 seal frags x 4 (5 each week)= 2
Every Weekend Chase Missions: 1x each week(4)=4
So you get 17 seal scrolls each month, not counting Matsuri, Sage Worlds, Survival Trial, GNW Packs or events.

You should save for later treasures. If you can't wait and spend them all, that is a bad move.

Just save it until you hit level enough to Kage's Treasure (LVL 70), it isnt worth it using it to get bad ninjas (that you probably would think that they are great...).

the weekly do to SS missions 5frags per mission? did you count in that?

I've been saving scrolls as a f2p player for Jinchuriki treasures, and I've been very tempted to draw from Kage treasure. So everytime I feel the urge to click a Draw 10 in Kage, to satisfy my Draw 10 cravings, I just draw 10 in Bond Treasure and hurry close that window. ;P

There is also the 2x 5 frags earned each week from the weekly training missions (aka new bounties).

Sage World is your best friend when you place top 3 in your team. Sometimes Survival gives scrolls as well.

Frag exchange points is easy to get Seal scroll.

Any idea when the jinchuriki treasure is comming out?

This question have been answered countless of times, and the answer is no one knows.

u can get seal scroll from sealed ninja/treasure sometimes

me personally each week can get 20sealscroll just from event and gnw , meanwhile my luck on ninja was really bad , i have luck to get seal scroll so thats even :D

brother u cant go 2-5 scrolls a time u gotta go 10 at a time ^

check black market merchant, he sells 3 frags from time to time

well in general the events are really good,i got 5 seal scrolls with a 30% discount the other day so i used coupons,but it was not a smart move,so unless like me you're dream is to become the naruto version of ash katchum(gotta catch em all and all that)the fastest way is simply logging on every day and doing the events(especially matsuri,for whatever reason it's the most successful event for me)

just play the game in 3 month in 1 sv to know all things of this game after that play a new sv and try to get ur *ss into top 1 guild and make friend with group leader lol u'll have 8 seal(sometimes 10) per week, im not count other way to get seals yet(like events survival dig tresures etc) :lol

You should be able to earn 26-28 seal scrolls per month, this excluding GNW, Matsuri and some other events.
