LOL same here they're also lucky to get Uchiha Itachi from wheel last time and got it to 5stars

In my server, last time 4 low lvls got hashirama (f2p) from previous lucky ninja pack.
while no one got hashirama (after lvl 75)
swimsuit ino were similar.
7-8 low lvls got her for free (for sure)
4 high lvls got her ( but we know that they are p2w and probably spent coupons or ingots)
ninetail naruto is similar either.

they aren't the most active of the crowd and you rarely notice them.... but they are everywhere....

Ya I spent 99 on game starting out this past month got Sailor on wheel thingy, got Hashirama and Itachi susano'o in 3 full 10 pulls....my server said it was bs when those last two popped 1 after another

Apparently, this is true. Seen this happening several times. Though, I had 2 groupmates who got Naruto Nine tail chakra with their free spins, but both of them are high level and paying players, 1 did a $5 recharge and won a Minato too.

This guy lvl60 with 100 coupons got it 2 times totally a conspiracy

So it's not just me who notice this.

I joined the game during one of the legendary Unlucky Wheel event; immediately got Itachi on my first ever spin. Haven't gotten anything since.

On this cycle, I have seen 2 newbies who won 2-tails Naruto and 1 Shurado.; and i'm not even that active ^_^.

He didnt win it twice. He won the fragments, and recruited him(as bad an idea that is, but whatever)
