There will be on update on GNW Packs but its gonna be wrose there are gonna be less pack for the winning group with better items in it :C xd

Its official it was said when they first released 2.0 but isnt on live servers yet .

4."Elite/Hero/Legendary Feat Gift Pack"are the rewards for the Last 16 rounds, if you clear it, more rewards will be added to the Elite/Hero/Legendary Feat Gift Pack; each time you clear one of the phases of rounds of the Great Ninja War, the number of gift packs given to your Group will be reduced as you advance through the rounds, but the rewards in each gift pack will increase!;
