the game isnt all about combos i would only use one of those combo linker chars (sasuke/kakashi/kakuzu)

for pve and early game its important to be a bit tanky in your frontline and have sustained dmg, i wouldnt recommend burst combo teams for now

what level are you?

Combo isn't really everything. Sasuke and Hinata really goes well with each other.

Try Hinata, Sasuke. Kimimaro with lighning u will have 10 combos :)

Comboes arent everything, if you want high combos tho go for pains and Chiyo ( Chikamatsu of Ten Puppets )

But for early on * to ninjas like hinata, sasuke, tenten guy kurenai karin etc. build a combo with the ninjas you have and change it as you get more ninjas :)

Kimimaro 30 frags will be available as clearance reward for Chapter 5 - The Final Valley and you c*so sweep from elite instances level 50 and above. There is also a chance to get his frags from survival rewards, black market merchant or chase missions (on weekends).

I suggest that you get GNW tenten because you c*ually get her for free during events. GNW Tenten first mystery is just monstrous and will just murk most teams. She also has 3 chases.
