Well killer bee is good for jinchuriki ninjas which will be coming in future, so if you have enough seals and willing to gamble go for it else saving would be a better idea.

Do you know if there is a level restriction to plunder and to get plunder? In young server where the highest level is 55..we cant seem to plunder anyone

Its based on the Top 50 in Ranked Battles that are allowed to plunder regardless of level.

As for level wise, IF you are able to plunder, when plundering, you will encounter up to a maximum of 15 levels below you. (i.e. if you're level 55, you will see convoy levels of lowest level 40. You won't meet a level 39 and below convoy player.)

I read somewhere that Bee is gonna be available as clearance reward from plot missions.

I haven been doing plunder, was just doing the max amoung of SS convoys everyday and refreshing it with ingots although i am ranked second in the server . I was worried that people will quit the game if we plunder the lower ranked people too much xD But that was because I had the misconception that they get zero coupons if I plunder them, now I know they at least get half the coupons, I might turn to the dark side...

And yeah bee is gonna be a instance clearance reward from the level 90-100 plot instance. But it would take too long to reach level 100 probably even a year from now?

There's an error in the description there. Its Top 50, and not Top 20. The Mods and Devs have been notified of that error.

And I for one myself was in the 40+ Ranked Battle previously and can still do Plunders.

Your current build is superb if you use those lightning boost nins and choose MB as your main.

My suggestion is to slowly farm him from events, when jinchuriki comes out (probably after level cap increases) you're gonna want to get those jinchuriki nin with those seals! (I heard they're super super good)

Even though he is end game, unless you're willing to pay or gamble with how long it will take for jinchuriki treasure to come out, I suggest not using seal scrolls to pull! :)

btw am i allowed to ask if the convoy/plunder system in cn server is the same like us?

yes, the mods seem to have realised how fooli* was to try to stop people from mentioning other servers, however I do not know what the plunder system is like in CN so have this face as an apology
