Don't have a picture, but anyone know what the significance of this?

4 green dots on the 4 corners of the icon as you drag ninja's to a lineup to start a survival trials' fight. I noticed this was on my main team. Could it be because they were recently powered up (i.e. I leveled up their cultivation)?

Level 80 awakening, Gold +4 has gold background with green thingies in corners. So if you are on those awakens, it's probably that.
