Im missing 650 points. I bought 57 hanzo frag which is 2850. I bought 350 mission boxes which is 3500 points so im short 650. I have screenshots as well, please help. I received the items but system error came up and didn't get the points. I would like to have 8 sage jiraya frags and rest spent on killer bee frags. If any remining left after Bee please use to purchase coin.

I bought and used the boxes at around 9:20 server time. I completed all my missions for the day and received 135 points ( I traded for 6/7 of them so I got boxes for those). I purchased 65 boxes and opened 50 at once and got no points for them, so I am missing 500 points.

I would like 120 of my points spent on the cave keys. The remainder i would like spent on coin.

The bug was caused by the "Batch Use" function when using Missions gift box; this function for Missions Gift Box has been taken down now. Players can open the boxes as usual.

hello i bought 368 mission boxes = 3680 points.. and i have only 68 frags of hanzo and from the 68 i got the 3 frags free from the mission daily boxes that we get 150 points daily.. and now i have 0 points...so basically i bought only 65 fragments of hanzo...so if the boxes was normal i should have 400 points remaining with the fragments i bought...and i have 0 points.... so im missing 400 points = 40 boxes thnx...

I purchased 100 mission gift boxes
i got 5 points from the 1 mission i did before opening 28 boxes in a batch.
As you can see i did not get any points from the boxes

-So as you can see i bought a total of 206 mission gift box, and i did the 10 mission for the day, which means that i have 216 mission in total.
-As you can see in my inventory there are still 60 mission gift box
-That means i have used 156 mission gift box thus far which converts to 1560 points + 50 points from clearing the whole mission. so i should have 1610 point
-However, the point that i get is only 1430!

Details: Completed 10 Missions given from friends, received 10 boxes, opened them received 100 points in addition to 50 from completion of missions. Uses these points to purchase 3 Hanzo Frags. Then purchased 400 boxes from shop, opened 70, only received 40 points. Should have received 700.

I lost 660 points because i received only 40 from the 70 boxes I opened. Please Correct Immediately.

I had a total of 404 boxes.
I batch opened all at once.
I received 0 points, only the prizes rewards (like magatama ecc)

After the opening i was left with 73 boxes. I guess it stopped because it gave me an error message while he tried to open.

So i lost 404-73 = 331 Boxes' Points ---> This means i lost 331*10 = 3310 Points.

EDITING: I'LL TAKE AS REDEEM -> (63 Hanzo Fragments x 50 points = 3150 points) + (20 Cave Keys x 6 points = 120 points) + (4Dango x 10 = 40 points) --> TOTAL OF 3310 POINTS

I've got the 20 points in the screen with 4 event missions (*5 points). Zero points came from the boxes.

I had over 30000 ingots before buying 400 boxes, i'm left with 22000+
